By using the Team Malice website or our products you indicate that you have agreed to these terms:

  • The Team Malice website and the information contained on it are provided “as is”. While Team Malice intends the information to be accurate, no warranties of any kind are made with respect to the website and its information, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy or completeness.
  • Team Malice products are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems or any other environment where failure or non-failsafe operation would jeopardize the health or welfare of living beings.
  • In no event shall Team Malice be held liable for damages caused to other products/items as the result of the use of our products.
  • Because Team Malice relies on third-party entities like the United States Postal Service to handle the shipment of our products, we can make no guarantees or warranties about delivery dates of our products. Team Malice cannot be held liable for any damages or inconveniences caused by late product delivery, or loss of items during shipment.
  • Team Malice products are for educational and experimental uses. They should not be used in cases where human life, health or significant property value depend on it’s proper application. Team Malice is not liable or responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the failure or operation of our products. The buyer assumes all responsibility for every products proper use, testing and verification of our products in any application. Team Malice’s Liability is limited to replacement of DOA products. By shopping with us you agree to these terms.

Shipping

Most items* will ship in 1-3 business days after order is placed using USPS Ground Advantage which takes up to 5 business days to be delivered from time of shipping, if not notated with the custom pop-up banner on the front webpage stating delays. Our business hours are from 9am-5pm Pacific Time, Monday-Thursday, closed on Federal Holidays. If your order is placed after business hours, it will not be reviewed until the next business day.

*Excludes Dropshipped, 3D Printed, Backordered Products, and Custom Orders

3D Printed Items

3D Printed items will be created in the order they were received and based on machine availability. They will be shipped as soon as they are completed. We work from 9am-5pm Pacific time Monday-Thursday, and will not package or ship after hours. If your order is finished printing after hours it will be packaged and shipped the next business day.

If removing a 3D Printed item’s supports are causing the part to appear below our standards, we will ship the part with the supports attached for the customer to remove themselves. We never remove supports from Nylon products.

Dropshipped items

Any item in the “Dropshipped” Category of our shop is created by another company. Dropshipped items will ship when the manufacturer creates them. It usually takes between 1-2 weeks, but can take up to 3 weeks.

Backordered Items

Any item with the wording “available on backorder” in either the product page, or in the checkout/cart page will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. This is usually within 1-3 weeks, but is not guaranteed. Please contact us at malicebattlebots@gmail.com if you want a more accurate estimated date the back ordered product may arrive in stock with us.

When orders are partially in stock, and partially back ordered: Orders will not be split, and will be shipped when all portions of the order are available.

Refund Policy

We will do our best to correct any mistake, or make you happy. Please contact us at malicebattlebots@gmail.com if you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t guarantee to offer you a full refund or exchange, but please reach out to us to see what we can do.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at malicebattlebots@gmail.com.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at malicebattlebots@gmail.com and send your item to: Malice Battlebots 2530 Berryessa Road #336 San Jose, California 95133.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Malice Battlebots 2530 Berryessa Road #336 San Jose, California 95133.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
